He's bang average. He's Darren Bent, but maybe not even as good. We should be wanting miles better than that. Missed a tonne of chances for Villa last season. Like loads and loads. Also v limited technically.

This time next week I recon things start to move before people go on holiday
Grealish is off to Vegas 2 weeks with Trippier, Pickford & few others so that may take longer
City paying for both Grealish & Kane starts the domino effect of transfers with 2-3 City moving out, Ward Prowse & Ings off to Villa & Spurs I recon
I just hope we agree quickly with Kane rather than move up in 2 million bids & bonuses just offer £100m up front with £25m over the length of his contract??
The big payment up front could break the ice?
I'm with my mates on here this sort of deal isn't done in a couple of days after the Euros it's not done in 2 weeks what is done is all the dog work 6 months ago inc fee, same with Greslish deal done months ago but they can always fall at the last hurdle & City are living proof of that

Kane could score 50 goals for us next season in our side and get the best out of the wingers too allowing them space to run into.
we all were unsure Walker was worth the £50m at 28 but he’s been vital to us since he came in.
I think £100m is fair and would be prepared to go higher but not our money anyway.

I don't know why but some people seem to be under the impression that ANY "real" striker when brought in means we start banging in more and more goals.He's bang average. But if you bring in a "real" striker, then you lose a player somewhere, which means their strengths over that striker are also gone.
The reason our "strikers" struggled last season is because we hardly serviced them, we Jesus actually had a decent return for us in that position when people consider that. Our striker played in service to our team play, the team didn't play in service to the striker.
It's not worth bringing in average strikers, if the rest of their game is average, because then we play worse. It has to be the best.
