I don’t notice much hate, he’s a good player who gives his all. We’ve lost a world class and we need another one and Jesus will never be that.
 
We need players like Jesus. He was a wide player at Palmerias. He was promoted a striker by the media.Now being talked of as a makeweight in a deal for Kane. Keep the lad here, Kane is a proven striker but can he do it for City? Do we need to spend big and turn into the Harlem Globetrotter's of Football? Get a mid priced frontman in, it don't matter if we win fuck all this season.
 
Love the kid, works his socks off and gives everything for the team, just will never be a top quality finisher. However its looking like he is going to be the main man this season so its time to back the lad to the hilt!

Why keep Foden? England nearly won the Euros with very average centre miss and Saka playing ahead of him? Why sign Grealish? Greece won the Euros with very average midfielders. Lots of pretty average international teams have done well over a tournament that is only 6-7 games over the years. Point is you’ve got more chance over a 38 game season and of winning a champions league with a great striker than one who’s decent.

My point was there will always be examples over time to the contrary but it would be much better to replace your greatest ever striker with someone capable of similar numbers.

Personally think if we don’t get a top striker this season it will cost us the title as other teams will be much better than last year. All about opinions though. Have a good Friday.
 
I think he's staying. Doesn't seem like he's made enough noise to leave, is versatile, has at times shown real world class potential and fills so many holes.

I'm not sure you can replace him with anyone better for the fee and also think he's got one of the best attitudes on a young forward we've ever seen.

I'm all for him staying and wouldn't bet against him becoming a lethal striker. Where was Vardy or Drogba at his age? Even Suarez.
