If only it was one person but it isn't. There is a collective mentality amongst dippers that their club is somehow sacred and can somehow relieve suffering and grief anywhere in the world from Ground Zero to a dead chicken in an Anfield alleyway.
We can all agree that what is happening in the Ukraine is terrible and feel for those involved but only Liverpool fans are warped enough to adopt the associated grief and try to somehow try to wring credit for their tawdry cult from it.
If "YNWA" actually meant anything Karius would have been supported and forgiven after his mistakes in the Champions League final rather than the vile treatment he received.
There may be a few decent Liverpool fans but they are few and far between. Every great team (or sportsman) needs a strong rival. If they are lucky that rival has class and dignity but unfortunately ours is a classless club supported by a feral pack of deluded, grief addicted morons.
Agree with your last two sentences. It is true that sporting individuals/teams thrive when faced with rivals capable of bringing out the best in them. The emphasis though is on the word 'sporting'.. and I think it's safe to conclude that lot down the other end of the East Lancs ain't no Roger Federer or Rafa Nadal..

The Dippers have been irrelevant for decades ,(apart from the odd cup win in UEFA glamour trophy , were you can lose five / six games and still win it) a club existing on their black & white VHS history , so it must be frustrating that the only title they won in over thirty years and they couldnt even celebrate , poetic justice.
We are their nemesis , they hate us with a passion and we live in their heads because they crave a twentieth title to wind up the Rags and we have stopped them dead in their tracks , they have their best team and manager for years and we are the original "pain in the arse" for that feral football club , and long may it continue.

I'd also add that we have an actual Ukrainian player in our squad - as do City, natch, he was at a protest the other night - but you don't see Everton fans making the war about them.

Fuck off you lurking Dippers ,we know your there you f*cking weirdo voyeurs , we've just worked it right up you scouse bastards , now go back to your remote control on your sofa you plastic c*nts and cry yourself to sleep uner your Salad duvet.
I take it you’re not a big fan?
