Good goal and should have had 2 assists but for Mahrez and Laportes terrible finishes. Said he wasn't happy with his stats but teammates doing him no favours lol.
Wow... Bernardo`s stats are unimaginably phenomenal...yhp.
Sterling has been dispossessed 42 times in 1,568 mins, once every 37.3 mins.
Jesus 20 times in 1,341 mins, once every 67.1 mins.
Mahrez 15 times in 1,028 mins, once every 68.5 mins.
Foden 22 times in 1,431 mins, once every 65 mins.
Grealish 19 times in 1,271 mins, once every 66.8 mins.
Bernardo 20 times in 2,231 mins, once every 111.5 mins.
So pretty much, whilst Raz has brought some goals and directness in recent months we turn over the ball twice as much with him in compared to any other forward which means the opposition gets a lot more opportunities to counter on us from him, which we've born witness to in recent times, less defensively secure and dropping points as a result.
That's where you take the big gamble with Raz that has backfired on us in big games before.
I agree. Keeps the ball.We really missed him during the last 2-3 weeks..
Jack is back <3
SublimeHis touch for the goal was superb.
If he can add goals to his game, and I don't see why he shouldn't, we'll have some player on our hands. England can thank us later.
Don't think he will be ever be a prolific goal scorer, maybe one odd season where he get goal higher than other but all of his city playing career?
I will be surprised if he ever hit 40 goal for our club after his time end here.
lots more of that please, he's not as quick but if his movement and runs can take him into those areas when Sane suddenly ended up, with his touch and control he should get plenty of goals.
Unlike Raz who will get there but nobody has a fucking clue whether it'll be brilliant or brutal to watch.
I noticed that. Honest.I liked his interview after the match. Actually says something interesting unlike many players.
think even if he doesn't do owt, Jesus up front is just the sacrificial lamb needed to play the best players in their correct position.I'd be really interested to see a front 6 of:
Grealish Gundogan/KDB Mahrez
Foden Rodri Silva
Foden and Grealish get on so well and they have a great connection on the field. This is also the same with Silva and Mahrez, they link up so well with each other.
I enjoy watching Foden play in midfield, he gets onto the ball more, plus him, Silva and Rodri are all excellent at keeping the ball under pressure.
