I’d definitely have an account set up for them if they don’t already so they have a supporter number and have them linked as a family group connection (with a star next to their name in your online account).That's what I thought. I asked club about that because the lack of a star next to my sons' names confused me and they said as long as they're in your Friends and Family you can buy an ST for them. I'm still not sure if that's right. Don't really understand why they complicated things with the Friends and Family/City Family distinction, or whatever it is.I have the same...

It doesn't help that when you phone them you get told information that is contradicted by the FAQs.Good example of why these threads are full of questions and very few factual answers.
For all the great work the club do, the lack of transparency and making so much surrounding tickets some huge secret, is baffling.
