Cresswell is 32, to get in the squad i think they'd take a zinnyId argue Cresswell is and Ait-Nouri/Jonny on par fullbacks, in my opinion.

If he does leave I can see him moving back to attacking mid anyway, in which case there's plenty that would take his talents.I'd check the table on that. West Ham & Wolves in 7th/8th would both have him and have tried.
That wasn't the point, i was saying hes a superior fullback as of this moment. And sometimes it's just ok to freshen up the squad a bit.Cresswell is 32, to get in the squad i think they'd take a zinny
Why would the club sell Zinchenko who has been very reliable these many years?I mean if they get like 15-20m for Zinchenko and Mendys salary off the books, its well worth the upgrade.
We are having this discussion amidst Cucurella rumors... so no we wouldn't be left with ONE leftback. Why would the club sell Zinchenko who has been very reliable these many years?
Can't have just one LB in the team.
I hoped that would be your answer.actually yes. He had plenty of good passes on and if he lost it the whole left side was wide open. Still a very good goal though
If the brain is similar...hmmm I'll pass.Kolarov but with pace , now there’s a player
Pep! He is from the Barca academy. So there is familiarity with some of what Pep does.We are the biggest club and the best team in the world. And despite all this, there are 2 problems here. First - why would Brighton already sell him? And for 30 million? He only arrived the summer before, a contract for 4 years, was selected as the player of the season. The 2nd problem - why would he want to leave? He plays regularly, was named player of the season, he is still very young and this was only his first year in England. Why would he choose to be only a rotation player after Cancelo?
Fair point. His traits just screams City fit.Far from convinced he can play for a top team in a back 4. Decent player though.
Why did Wolves allow Jota to go to Liverpool £41m so early in his contact and why did Jota want to go when they already had Salah, Mane, Firmino, Minamino, Origi etc?We are the biggest club and the best team in the world. He bet on himself and seeing how things have turned out, seems he was right. Why did Wolves allow Jota to go to Liverpool £41m so early in his contact and why did Jota want to go when they already had Salah, Mane, Firmino, Minamino, Origi etc?
Jota is a bit of a weird one. He was undoubtly talented but was never really a stand-out player at Wolves. He wasn't even guaranteed a starting place a lot of the time. He is one of the moneyball signings the Scousers have gotten completely spot-on because the qualities he does have fits perfectly into the way they play while his shortcomings gets masked. Why did Wolves allow Jota to go to Liverpool £41m so early in his contact and why did Jota want to go when they already had Salah, Mane, Firmino, Minamino, Origi etc?

Their recruitment has been nothing short of amazing for years. City and Liverpool operate in different markets really. They don't spend as much on individuals (bar a few) but they manage to find similar quality players to city.Jota is a bit of a weird one. I think they struck gold with mane and salah - two truly world class playersTheir recruitment has been nothing short of amazing for years. City and Liverpool operate in different markets really. I see Marcelo in him and I'm not just on about his hair. Get him signed i sayI see more of a Kolarov in him than most.

Similiar to Atletico players, they all turn into cunts whether they have it in them or not once they acclimatised. The chief **** with his new set of teeth assures thatAnd he's turned into a bit of a **** - so fits in ideally with their culture and tactics.
