Not a popular hack on here but this article is ok.

These piecemeal articles will continue to drip feed in for the next few days because they know it wouldn't be a good look if they just spewed their usual bile after our achievements in the league this season. They'll be back to their usual hateful spite soon enough.

I would say he is unemployable. Blokes who beat up women usually are. But there again if an employee of ours spat in a child's face he would also lose his job. It's a strange world.

His Liverpool ties trump any woman beating or dogging behaviour.

It simply never happened.

Overall an excellent article by Ronay rightly citing Pep's huge influence over how the game is now played in this country with teams all the way from the England national side right down the pyramid playing a passing game and working the ball out from the back instead of Allardyce style dinosaur hoofball.

It's just a pity, similar to Liew's recent article, that he had to tarnish it with "City's nation-state ownership" and "Abu Dhabi owns Manchester City". Somehow I doubt he'll ever write "America owns Liverpool/ United/ Arsenal", "Thailand owns Leicester" or "China owns Wolves".
