I respectfully disagree. The fact that there was known to be many forged tickets in circulation and Liverpool fans were seen to be jibbing in and this is something LFC have a strong track record in and lest we forget Hesysel (which they'd like us to do) and Hillsborough (which they will never let us do,) means they cannot be allowed to get away with this yet again,!

The hypocrisy from a section of their support gets on my tits as well,and as I said in the original post, forgeries and jibbing is something that club should be dealing with.

There were clearly issues with policing and general organisational issues as well though.

Started with UEFA's pathetically small ticket allocation to each team, continued with Dipper fans buying fake tickets, continued with Klopp calling on Dippers without tickets to travel as they are a cult and will do what the leader asks, continued with poor policing outside the ground with people attacked/mugged, continued with fake tickets and ticketless fans trying to get in as proven on social media.
Blame on each party but of course Dippers believe they are not at fault.
UEFA needs to cut out the freeloaders and give teams reaching the final proper allocation of tickets and digital not paper tickets in future

Probably won’t see a final being played in Paris again.

They’ve shown they clearly can’t handle it and it’s unsafe.

But it wouldn’t have been, if Littlewoods fans hadn’t descended on the city in such numbers, and tried to gain entry to Parc des Princes illegitimately, either with forged tickets or with no ticket at all.

Any venue/city would have struggled to cope in similar circumstances, IMHO.
