How-to-stand-out-as-a-football-journalist.jpg

Rat
Pointy ears, pointy chin, pointy nose.............. but totally pointless.

After fawning over Nunez to Liverpool all Week, there’s f*ck all to write about, so Desperate Dan, who wrote the article, comes up with this rehashed, and rehashed again, gem.

That’s right Dan, you f*cking Gimp! City have just signed Haaland on a 5 year contract and are going to sell him to Real Madrid after 2 years.(seasons)
Dear, oh dear.

"... completed a £128 million move to Manchester City this week."

It isn't fucking difficult to get basic facts right. How can we trust his opinion if his facts are wrong?

I read last week that the Real Madrid President said he was only fit to sit on the bench - that is a bloody expensive bench warmer !!!!

Extract: “More widely, anti-Muslim racism is endemic in British society, with a new study finding that middle-class social groups are significantly more likely to admit to bigoted views about Islamic beliefs.”

Germalism sorry journalism Is a by product of society. Most report on Muslim matters with no knowledge other than to say they must be dodgy cuz they from the Middle East. The hacks need educated.

Now I don’t necessarily agree with this view on Britain myself but it gives food for thought
As to why MCFC is constantly under attack. Where does this hate of city come from?…

A perceived unfair advantage due to having a rich owner? Probably. Most successful clubs needed money to start their ascension. So that can’t be it.

Oil money? As noted in other posts, many premier league owners have gained wealth through oil and other natural resources.

Blood money? Again can’t be that. The majority of countries have been involved in unjustified wars and many innocent people lost their lives.

Commercial revenue? The red teams helped create the wealth in the premier league and want to keep it for themselves. Premier was created out of greed and now the super league.

I have not deeply researched the points above so feel free to pick them apart.

In summary, Only two colours seem to matter and that is white and green. Anyone who try’s to grab a share will be treated with sustain and destroyed using any means necessary. In this case the sports media.

Crikey, this is a first, blues liking an article in the Grauniad. Lie down in a darkened room required.

Hold on, let’s not get carried away. I was trying to lay the groundwork as to why the club is treated negatively by the media. The misinformed Hack mindset has to originate from somewhere.

The guardian’s report which is a few years old did the job on this occasion. Now back to immensely disliking the twats.

'Nunez in, Mane out: All part of Liverpool's methodical evolution'

What a fuckin pile of shite article by red tinted glasses wearing , scouse loving and partner of Sadio Mane.
I like the way 'evolution' in Liverpool terms usually means losing their best players to bigger clubs, players who want paying what they believe they are worth and also have a better chance of actually winning something.

I think we need to ask how many of these middle-class people who were part of the study have actually been exposed to Muslims and Muslim culture? If not many, where did they get their anti-Muslim beliefs? Wouldn't be papers like the Guardian now, would it?

Pathetic.. why would they quote the buy out clause as the transfer value unless it’s a deliberate attempt to put a negative slant on one of the best ever deals the PL has ever seen .
Total wanker

Interesting leaked video/audio of the United CEO saying that the club had not only spent £1billion but they had spent more money than anyone else across Europe.

We know why only City’s transfer values are mentioned and that Grealish’s forename is now £100m Jack. It was never £90m Pogba unless Ive missed it.

Will be interesting to see how this is reported (or glossed over) in the media.

I’m not holding my breath.

Contrast that with Liverpool where they are trying to put a good slant on losing Salah for nothing in 2023. How is losing your best player a good thing, there’s some mental gymnastics going on there.

They are desperate to see Haaland fail, only problem is Kevin De Bruyne’ left and right feet will be providing the ammunition for him.

Or £97.5 million Lukaku. And look how that ended up.

Did that come out of their supporters attempt to “pay him a visit”? They are joke; be it Woodward, Rooney or the new CEO, they seem to think going round to intimidate someone at their own house is the way to carry on.

It’s a shocking subjective article on so many levels, would she ever write similar about any other club? Perhaps Mane is going to Germany to put distance between him and his demented partner.

I've said this so many times before but the Guardian offers the height of hypocrisy in that regard. At least we know where the Mail, Express, etc sit. They don't exactly hide it.

Whereas the Guardian, the bastion of tolerance, inclusion and respect for others' beliefs, tends to be pretty intolerant when those beliefs don't fully match their own.

Yeah, a bit vom inducing reading that isn’t it?
Don’t forget she once said “I didn’t choose to support Liverpool, Liverpool chose me”. Just like all the Glory hunters out there who “chose” the Rags and Dippers, if Coventry had been dominating football at some stage of the 1970’s onwards that’s who they would support.

She’s like a walking cliche in the way she speaks, and she writes like that too. That quote from her you’ve mentioned is a prime example. The hyperbole is strong in this one. With her articles, it’s like she consults Roget’s Thesaurus after each sentence then re-writes it.
