Our stance is clear. We do not intend on selling Bernardo this summer.

There are two reasons why reports/leak keep coming out about Bernardo wanting to leave.

1) Barca (and cartel) connections in the media to unsettle our player (or to generate clicks / add viewers / etc through speculation).

Or

2) Bernardo is keen on a move and has given Mendes permission to make it happen. Mendes won't move without Bernardo's consent against City given he has other high profile clients at City. Would be terrible for future business.

Essentially, all the speculation could be ended if Bernardo commits to City, publicly, for the year.

I think people might be forgetting how long big transfers take. With the best will in the world, Bernardo's 'blessing' and even money from whatever lottery Barcelona are playing, ultimately they have most likely timed themselves out of a possible move this summer.

Love him more than KDB, he is just relentless. Irreplaceable player who makes others around him better.

If he does leave this year. And with the cash we will bank from his sale 80M Pounds + could take us close 300M generated from player sales.

With that amount of cash burning a hole in city’s pocket.

I would wrap up Cucurela.
But more importantly just knock on Dortmund’s door and put down 120M for Jude Bellingham.

He is not Bernardo but we will have class player not as industrious as Bernardo but young hungry and immense potential.

But if Bernardo is sold he has to be replaced this window. We cannot go into the season depending just on KDB as that central creative outlet.

But first preference Bernardo doesn’t leave.

Pretty much irreplaceable in the current climate. Not many players in the world have his skill set as well as his work rate.

If Barcelona are interested as they claim then the price has to be north of 100 million at least. No need to do this mob any favours.

Got so much hate for Barcelona as a football club, Utterly shocked how they have tapped up so many players this season in such a sleezy unprofessional way after the shocking revelations of how much debt they are in. The cheek to tap up players, sign as many as they have. whilst not paying current players and trying to push people out whilst under contract is an absolute disgrace. Why on earth would anyone want to go there still (I get the lifestyles nice but out of principle players should be boycotting that club) They are the prime example/poster boys of why financial fair play needs to be in place, yet they come after us. Bernardo please stay, you have all the things you need to cement yourself as one of the greatest city players, go finish your twilight years over there if needs be or anywhere but Barcelona ffs
