That there "appears" to be a great atmosphere at a lot of Bundesliga games as the crowds are noisy throughout, but it's not based on what's happening in the game. They said that they preferred the PL, even though crowds were often quiet, because the quiet would be tension, and the noise excitement, joy, frustration at events.
It's not support though is it. Support in the stadium involves interacting with what's happening on the pitch, even if that's moans and groans if the team aren't playing well. I only watched the game on tele so can’t judge the atmosphere really.
I think we are very confident at the moment so we don’t feel the need to support the team quite as much? That showed when we went a goal down and our support became louder.

Let’s take the Green Brigade at Celtic park for example, they do all of the above.
It is renowned as one of the best atmosphere’s in football - even players like Messi, Eto, Ibrahimovic, Pique have all said this.
Not once have Celtic made a statement to the Green Brigade saying “stop pissing about with the drum, stop jumping up & down and making constant noise - support the team correctly - sit on your hands until we attack or something exciting happens like proper support”
Again, we don’t like it but most clubs around europe and the world do.
I don’t think we are in a position to point at other clubs support and tell them what a good atmosphere/support is as we have a large singing section which needs a kick up the arse (as per previous other posts)

My niece aged 30 thought they were brilliant at first, she kept watching their ‘performance’. I said they’re a load of choreographed bell ends, like the chorus from a ‘Glee’ concert. By half time she said they’re annoying her, boring and monotonous. I find them irritating and distracting.
