Only fair that those that worked for her and pledged their allegiance should be at the head of the parade IMHOOut of date elitism?

In case you didn’t know, she was Head of the Armed Forces.
Yeah, it’s part of the Coronation Anthems by Handel.Zadok the Priest is usally played at Coronations..The CL soundtrack.. I assume it will be the one time we Blues cheer that tune ??
The fact we have a choice over here probably adds to why it’s better than what their pomp looks like. This country became what it is because of it's military, like it or not! I suppose Russians and Chinese are watching this procession and are asking themselves 'how the fuck do they pull it off!'.
Beethoven Funeral March no.1Probably be already said but what tune is the band playing?
Genuine question. Why is this essentially a miltary parade? There are millions of people who serve their country in other different ways who are not represented here. It only seems to be military personnel.
She was the Head of State, the Armed Forces, the Church and the Commonwealth. She was the head of many things. Why is is mainly them in the procession?

and a cup of tea, it’s just what my family said. After all, they’re just like you and I.Such pomp, such pageantry, but I'm always left worrying: somebody in there must be bursting for a pee.
Seems weird to restrict shows of patriotism to just military regiments though (not at all arguing that they shouldn't be part of it by any means).........Only fair that those that worked for her and pledged their allegiance should be at the head of the parade IMHO

Could Charles hyperthetically get the armed services to take over parliament? The head of the British Armed Forces, also known as commander-in-chief of the British Armed Forces, is the supreme command authority of the British Armed Forces,
When soldiers join the British Army they swear an Oath of Allegiance not to the government of the day, but to the King and his successors
Thanks for thatBeethoven Funeral March no.1
Why aren't Her/His Majesty's Revenue and Customs involved then? :)
