As the years go by I’ve stopped targeting new PBs - now I’ll take just keeping to /close to, my old PBs ;-)10k this morning in 51.30 with a brutal hill to finish. Feel like my pace is coming back slowly and I’m beginning to actually enjoy running again. Want a sub 48 by end of October then 45 or so by end of November and I’ll them know I’m back to close to where I used to be.
