It was exactly the same under corbyn. The selection process for Gorton was a piss take when Khan (a gigantic fucking prick) got the job after Kaufman. Whoever's in charge is going to want their people in.

I was at that hustings, Khan wasn't the corbynistas amd momentums choice though Nasrin Ali was if I ralecall.

I won't be voting for Khan anyway in the next election.

Thatcher believed every word she uttered sadly she did more harm then good, quite different from today as they continue with her philosophy which has achieved her ambitions of “every man for himself”
The caring society is only in charity “food banks etc.” collect millions for home and world events.
The government can absolve itself from caring about the bottom 20% of old, young, sick and disabled here and across the world
Starmer is honest we won’t get everything we want but he won’t have parties in number 10 and lie about it.

Tbh I've no idea what point you are trying to make with regards to him quoting Thatcher but have to take you up on the notion that Starmer is 'honest'.
Sure if you view everything through the lens of the lying sack of shit that is Johnson it's easy to come to that conclusion but the idea that he wouldn't lie for political expediency is nonsense. He already has.
