Now I’m in a (Blue) funk!!!! (That’s not a swear word I hope?)We (City Matters) asked the club before last year's renewal cycle for a process whereby people on auto-renewal could tick a box to confirm they wanted to renew & get confirmation when they did that.
The reason for this was that every renewal cycle would end up with tickets that should have been automatically renewed that weren't, and it could be a real battle to resolve this.
I had the same problem. Phoned the ticket office. Got through after 20 minutes and renewed. All done. Just got to wait for the lottery of what seat and where? For £330 it doesn't really matter. £330 to watch the best club team on the planet for a whole season. Can't complain at that.Same issue here, Value Gold STH not fussed where i sit. Can't see a value gold option on renewal.
My problem is I’m impatient and also need to be absolutely certain that I get the same seat so I might do what @Prestwich_Blue recommends. :-)They don't start renewing automatically until 16th May, from 11am today you can alter your details or method of renewal up to 15th May.
The club will snatch your tickets in the blink of an eye if you said you would walk away. They can make much more money on match day mugs than they can from SC holders. Loyalty doesn’t exist only bottom line.Last throw of the dice will be this mate,whoever is a "senior" that is I suppose
