We need to hold onto this buffer for dear life. At the moment we can lose a game which keeps the feelings of jeopardy at arms length.

The moment we surrender that comfort then things are going to get twitchy. That’s when mistakes and uncertainty creep in.

It’s as if we’re currently 2-0 up with 15 minutes to play. You don’t want to concede a goal in the next 5-10 minutes. Much better would be us beating Leeds and Arsenal dropping points versus the barcodes to make it 3-0.

Warm downs. Massages. R&R days off. Sex. In the fridge.

Short fun training. Ruthless. Relentless. Remorseless.

Do forget that we have the GOALDEN POINT !!

Summed it up perfectly. Let's keep that potential defeat "in the bank" for as long as possible. If we can win the next two, and Arsenal drop points at Newcastle or against Brighton the following weekend (both would be too much to hope for!), we could then afford to lose two out of the last three and still win the title, assuming Arsenal don't claw back 15+ goals in the run in.

Can't see Arsenal winning at Newcastle. Beat Leeds and the title is ours

Even if they manage to beat Newcastle(which I don't think they will) I really agree with this.

Games are running out. A win vs Leeds will seal it.

In a perfect world we beat Leeds, they lose to Newcastle and Pep can risk that Everton game and allow the team to recover for Madrid.

You can never be sure of anything in football but it ought to be one of our easiest remaining games. Just hoping that any mooted Pochettino appointment doesn't happen until after we play them.

That's the game we should allocate our loss to and ensure we get to it with that still unused.

Chelsea have been absolutely dogshit.

They are so bad you can guarantee on the night they'll turn up and be amazing. I'd much rather go into that not needing a win and being able to relax a bit.

I don’t think risking it the right word. If we beat Leeds and Arsenal fail to beat Newcastle, it would allow for rotation against Everton. But no way do we want that cushion to be reduced. We’ll beat Chelsea, I just don’t fancy going to Brighton and Brentford needing a win. To put it simple, let’s just get it wrapped up before even thinking about resting players.
