That clown ten bag hag actually thinks they were better team and shud have taken there chances. Is he fooking blind as well as stupid ?????

Yep that matterface feed him up to moan at the referee and have Ten Bob talking utter Bollocks Mitoma could scored an hatrick in the first half!

There’s info out there(and on the Caf) that united have already spent part of this years FFP restricted budget on last years Antony & Casemiro, leaving them with hardly anything to play with this summer. AND they have burnt through their £300m credit line, which means they have no more access to ready funds, and need to pay the interest.

Even a buyout (of any type) won’t alleviate this. They are screwed this summer to improve from outside the club. And the youth is just watching City youth from afar sweep all before them.

Missing CL next year, continues the screwing, so (steels oneself) ‘come on Brighton and Liverpool overtake them!’
...and ever so quietly and without much noise from the media, Mason Greenwood is invited back to the party ;)

Away days = really bad
Won one against top 12.
And the wins at the bottom 8 aren’t particularly convincing looking.

However, ours isn’t great for results.

But it should have been at least a point at Trafford Rangers, and ditto Liverpool.
Possibly Spurs as well… our losses against them seem to blur together :-(

What an enjoyable post to read, you can tell they haven’t got much to play around with when you look at the Weighorst and Sabitzer loan signings. They will have to sell to give themselves wriggle room in the transfer market, Maguire, Martial, Fred, McTominey, Lindleflop, all on big wages and not many clubs looking to pay those players the same.

They will get obliterated next Autumn onwards when they have to play Champions league football on top of Premier league football every few days. Their squad isn’t good enough to rotate every few days and they have plug the holes with stop gap signings like Casemiro and Erikson. You can see this now where they are literally falling over the line to finish 4th.

The 3 points they were gifted against us will probably seal champs league for them. I think they are just out of reach for Brighton (and Liverpool, but whilst I'm wishing for things). I know bad decisions are supposed to even themselves out. But that was an utter fkin disgrace
That wasn't a "bad decision", that was cheating plain and simple.

Basically says we are both sub-standard against the top 10 teams away from home.

I don’t think they’re going to get out of the mire by selling players due to how accounting works on transfers/wages with regards the increasingly strict FFP rules on revenue vs costs for the next season.
If they miss CL qualifying this season, they will have nothing/less than nothing for spends on the season after next as well.
So they could be looking at 2 years (and counting) not buying anyone.

They and Liverpool (and of course Chelsea) are really screwed by the new FFP rules ramping up with the wages they pay and the additional extraction of money to the US/cayman’s.

It looks like one of them will fail to get CL this year, I’d say whoever doesn’t , is going to become an Everton (circa this year).

Also iirc Liverpool are also up for sale? Gone very quiet on that? Perhaps for both clubs there will be no takeovers if they dont get CL this year, because the loss/potential loss is going to be too much for a bidder, with the short-term prospects really bad.

So, who do you want to ‘survive’, unbelievably after the past few years , I’d say Liverpool would be better to scrape through to CL this season, as I can see United being in a bigger mess than Liverpool.

Of course if Brighton can pull it off… trebles all round!

Jasr, can you explain why the Rags can’t do similar to the Chavs and write the debt off at the point of takeover?

I’ve had a problem with how Chelsea have acted financially and just can’t get my head around why they were able to structure the takeover to effectively subsidise the club to the tune of around 45m per year without applying any benefit in mind on a soft loan that had reached 1.4b whereas other clubs were paying interest charges on debt.

That's a great view and goes to show that we have a lot of improving to do ourselves.

We are an excellent team that almost always play an elaborate style of football.

United are a mediocre team that almost always play a turgid style of football.

We both have room to improve in our own ways. And it'll be difficult for both teams to get better. In the meantime I hope we win loads of trophies and they stay far far behind.

It's not shareholder loans. It's all bank loans. They won't be writing anything off
.......

The dream is Brighton and both cheeks of the same arse miss out. I'm not a religious man, but I would pray for this XD

I heard some commentator on a stream I was watching the game on describe De Gea as having a magnificent career at Manchester United. What the fuck has been magnificent about his time there exactly?
He did manage to ride RVP's coat tails to one league title (aided and abetted by our having a poor season). Mind you, they had to win a fair few matches 3-2 that year as he couldn't find a clean sheet in a laundromat.
