Going off the consensus on their thread, ‘95 and ‘96 seems to be pretty much bang on the money for those getting these 1,000 extra.

Those who joined the list anytime much after that seem resigned to not getting one until they are very old men at best and are only bothering staying on it to give their kids a chance of having one if they get lucky before they die.

They seem to have a very slack policy on passing them down through the generations. Or even encourage it.
When our kid passed away last year I did wonder whether to keep the seat in his name or transfer it to my lad.. we got the name changed in the end bit did regret it as we lost his points.. it means we now have to wait an extra day to see if we can get FA Cup Final tickets

Yes & no others don’t have accounts. I’m on dd & want make sure all 3 Renew & not just mine. Can’t get hold of anybody via phone or Twitter. Ridiculous now. Been trying for 2 days. Still on hold since 11am
I’d renew what you can, I’m on dd and renewed before the advertised automatic renew day (16th or 17th ?) funnily enough it was 3 ST’s, the ST’s get added almost straight away, that will tell you if you’ve a problem or not, someone suggested changing your dd to another account, which I did, to generate confirmation

Regards Silver Season tickets, did the 'priority window' to buy the other 5 tickets matches actually exist? Or did these go on sale to all match day members on the same day?

It did exist, they get their own window before members, some even worked out cheaper than a gold dependent on where you sat, can see big increases to match day prices this season, but hopefully they counter balance it with decent ticket prices in the lesser games like they did this season against Fulham Brighton Brentford

Putting everything to one side, that’s profoundly unfair on genuine Liverpool fans who have little chance of a new season ticket when the stand is extended.

The rags had compulsory cup schemes at one point. Unsure if they still have but that too is still wrong.

Just thinking the same, they’re shocking figures that are gonna get worse with the new stand, 1k out of 7k new season tickets, you can bet the Kop is 90% STH which equates to about 33% in the rest of the stadium, cup schemes like the rags are ok if they’re cheap (but they’re not) I think ours is a great scheme, which I expect to shoot up considerably before next season

I had an away day with Swansea with Welsh friends so I went to Ranelagh Street for breakfast. Liverpool were home and not one single red men shirt in the restaurant had a Scouse accent.

A fair few Irish and, from my ear, many German and Scandinavian.

When we lost 0-1 at home under Pearce in the scarf game, I headed back to London on the train and the few rags on the train were sound. It’s not fair.

(This isnt at you pal) What is the point in a silver ST then if members then had their own window to buy the other 5 games? Makes the idea even more moronic than it was to begin with and a lot of faff. I'm not having that it's seen as a "value" option either. If somebody can afford to attend the 14 games then they can afford the additional 5 and most likely have the intent to go to these. It's just a snide attempt from brightsparks at the club to get bums on seats for the "lesser" games whilst they profit from the "bigger" games.

That’s exactly what it is, silver members get priority for those biggest games but they have to pay full whack, with tickets starting at £63. If the club actually let these people know that eventually they would be given the opportunity to turn these silver tickets into a full season ticket, then I’d say fair enough that’s part of the new strategy, whereby you start with silver and eventually move to gold but as far as I’m aware they haven’t even given those assurances.

Even as a silver first year then full SC holder would be taking the piss.

I feel for blues stuck in this limbo.

The club do lots of good stuff but this new silver stuff is much worse that that Platinum stuff.

Don’t disagree with any of that, but there will come a day where large amounts of Supporters can’t afford the all round cost of attending games (I know it’s happening already) and a Silver is hanging on in there instead of giving up altogether for some, the lesser games are also more regulation Saturday 3pms, the problem lies with them being the only option (it would seem) and not a choice. No doubt the club where hoping most wouldn’t bother for the big games, or pick a couple, for me the real crux of the matter will be when the the NS is finished and what the clubs plans are going forward, if they pull a stunt like Liverpool (1000 ST’s out of 7k) then I can see a fair few giving up altogether

You do get five squid knocked off match day prices (woohoo) like you say there doesn’t appear to be too much clarity moving forward

I got offered my season card after I bought the 5 game deal at the season end.
Best 5 game package I have ever bought.
The season Roberto took over.

How do you go about getting a child a season ticket? I know there may not be an season tickets going on sale this year but I’m still interested in knowing the process if anyone has done it recently?

I’m gonna relocate to the family stand in hope that I can get one.
But how would I know if the seat next to me is available?
Do I just buy them a random one if it’s an option at all and just hope the club could relocate us again afterwards to 2 seats that are available?

I asked the question last week regarding buying single seats and kids, this was the reply

Thanks for this. I did ask City myself and they said I wouldn’t be able to purchase a child’s ticket alone and when I asked well how do I potentially purchase one for a child, the guy couldn’t answer me and just kept reverting back to that he doesn’t know if any further season tickets were going on sale. It was a difficult conversation and it would’ve been easier if he just admitted he wasn’t sure on the process. Ha

To be honest I had to ask 3 times before I received that email and had to say to them that they weren’t even reading what I was asking in the email, the first few times they said they didn’t know if any season tickets were going on sale, I kept pointing out that that’s not what I am asking.

Sounds very similar to the conversation I had with them. I purposefully said at the very start of the conversation that I understood that there’s a possibility that no further season tickets would go on sale and I just wanted to know the process of possibly buying one for a child.
