No. Confirmation email says you might have to provide details for all supporters if the local authorities request it.

You’re not alone, I bought TWO, but the 18-25 points criteria has stuffed me up. Now have to play the waiting game but could be £2k down on this. So yes, I’m shitting it.

My mate is exactly the same.

Check the ‘welcome tab’ in ticket account and it should say something in there. He got that at least to give some comfort of his window to apply and code will be displayed there when it’s time.

So, it seems if you're a member of an OSC and applied for a code through City, your request is cancelled and your code will be sent to your branch. Presumably the points criteria will still apply. There is a chance that City still might send out individual codes - if you get one this code is not transferrable and has to be sent to KP who will allocate it to a branch that did not receive its full allocation.

Anyone who passes on a code will be banned from the OSC and their branch will be ticket banned for 23/24.

@Segga Like someone else asked, where in the ticket account. I've got mine but can't get hold of my son to get his code. looked in our accounts and can't see anything other than the access code bought confirmation. Click on details and nothing else showing.

The welcome page of the account holder. Where it shows supporter number / loyalty points / address details etc it should show there.

Bought 2 Cat 4 tickets using both mine and my wife's access codes. Hopefully we're sat together as no seat numbers etc been put on the confirmation of the order.

Went onto the portal however and there are no tickets linked to my email as of yet.

Got a confirmation and order number so hopeful it's all sorted

majority of these questions in here would be solved if people could actually be bothered to read the info city have released. it's all there
