TBH there isn't much in Taksim Square. The trophy, a UEFA souvenir stand, and a mixture of fans and tourists. Not really worth the effort. But the ground is sign posted on the Metro.(see picture) But remember, you will be traveling with mainly Inter fans. The main shopping Street goes from Taksim Square to Galata tower, about a 15 minute straight walk. It's full of shops, bars, restaurants, etc all the way down. There is an old tram that does the route if you can't be bothered walking

Can match tickets be downloaded to your phone before travelling or do you require Internet connectivity whilst over in Turkey to access the ticket on the UEFA ticketing app?.... Just read the reviews for the app and it doesn't bode well if its the latter

Download before travelling. It downloads to your phone. So you won't need data on to access it. Just bluetooth

Anybody over here already using airalo? I think I've got it working in that I've turned my sim off and I'm using the internet out and about but when I load up the app just to confirm it and see my data usage so farball I get is "unknown error" and an option to retry endlessly. Doing my head in.

Get WiFi from a bar or cafe and try then. It's worked for me over WiFi but can be hit and miss opening the app using the data alone.

I’m on the 2.30am flight tonight with Pegasus and got an email off them saying self checkin wouldn’t be available for this flight. Looks like will have to go to the desk unfortunately.

We flew Pegasus out here and it wouldn't let us check in online. Had to go to the desk at the airport (which was easy enough). I asked the guy checking us in why it wouldn't let us check in online (thought I might have got the "passport normal" option wrong), but he said "sometimes it just wants to scan the passport". It was no myther and nothing bad but yea you may have to just do it at the desk for that (daft) reason
