Aye, me too mate, if it’s all bollocks then release a statement first thing saying you are taking action over it

With respect, I'm not sure that's accurate. (Sure you're about to put me in my place now!!)
Is that 2 fors or 2 fucks? Why doesn't the club defend itself more and
Start going after these cunts for defamation of
character.
Start banning some of these fuckers from the ethihad. Do something fffs.

But what’s your interpretation? Thanks, that's exactly my interruption.
It's really tedious now all of this. They can't whilst there's one more case by the PL to go.
Hopefully after that and City win the final case, it's open season?
Unfortunately I don't think Mansour and Khaldoon with instruct City's Lawayes to go after the usual suspects.
They will be glad it's over and carry on winning on and off the pitch.
Because that is what they want. City have to concentrate on winning and not get distracted. Why doesn't the club defend itself more and

How can this ever go to an independent commission when it’s being brainwashed into people morning noon and night that we are guilty of the charges against us , how can anyone be truly independent on the panel who will decide our fate ? There is obviously a clear lack of real evidence to hang us out to dry. Even a grey area isn’t enough to let the guillotine blade drop. It’s accurate in what I experience, but whether this is City’s case I don’t know.
The normal situation is that an enquiry would be done and a charged raised if they had enough evidence (I’m not sure this is the case in City’s case).
Then the bigger the infringement, accusation can have different thresholds and burden of proof.
You could have something minor and have to prove the claims false on the balance of probabilities.
Higher accusations such as fraud would be the accuser proving their case and beyond resonable doubt.
However, different places will have different rules and you could well be right and City won’t.
My point more is that I think the independent commission whilst being fair, we would be better off with it being a truly independent.
For example, both parties submit their case, evidence/ skeleton arguments prior to the hearing. I can see that they will start with the PL one and then take it from there (small marginal gains).
Although I can’t see the case being decided on them.
There’s nothing whatsoever for us to be angry about in that show apart from using City for a sensationalist headline slot complete with yellow banner. He gave them all a chance to say / land something significant and they had nothing whatsoever. He challenged them and in the end the show was balanced against the media with the general consensus that nothing had been proven re City and that it was questionable if there was actually anything wrong with outside investment as they regularly claim. Made them look a bit stupid if nothing else. I hope fans of the red clubs tuned in expecting some groundbreaking exclusive, they will have been very disappointed.
Nor do they seem confident that we will be meaningfully punished either, but much of this is confidential in nature so it's hard to predict anything. I actually feel more confident after the attempted smear on Piers Morgan Uncensored. The so-called 'exclusive revelation' was a rehash. It leads me to believe that The Times know nothing. They built a news story on the back of an anonymous YouTube video with 34 followers. If that is the standard to be running a news story then in an even-handed world they'd have followed up on that article three years ago when a doctor predicted Liverpool would burn out because they were abusing TUEs to misuse inhalers. But we don't live in an even-handed world and the club's reference to "organised and clear" has never felt more relevant. How can this ever go to an independent commission when it’s being brainwashed into people morning noon and night that we are guilty of the charges against us , how can anyone be truly independent on the panel who will decide our fate ? I have a real unnerving feeling about this , a feeling that we will get done by a kangaroo court , it just feels that something is going to stick in all this , too many of our detractors, wether impartial or not want to see us sanctioned for the good of the game. It feels like a stitch up , and it not having the ability to go to a real court , and they know it, something is going to stick , we may get off , but the reputational danger is done , we just won’t be cleared 100% , and if we are really innocent then why are we not going to prove it , it all feels like it’s going to be legal loophole that will get us off , should we actually require a loophole?. Not a single person on here like PB,PR et all , actually seem confident of us being cleared .
When the likes of PB and Projectriver don’t seem overly confident in us getting off then I think we should be worried - neither of them have given us any confidence that things will go our way , right now I’d take fine, and that feels like a win right now.Nor do they seem confident that we will be meaningfully punished either, but much of this is confidential in nature so it's hard to predict anything. With respect to both posters they do not know the charges nor the evidence city can provide. Which they have both acknowledged. All we can do is speculate based on previous findings and the laws that surrounds the premier league case against city. When the likes of PB and Projectriver don’t seem overly confident in us getting off then I think we should be worried - neither of them have given us any confidence that things will go our way , right now I’d take fine, and that feels like a win right now.
Feel free to say hello to him walking down the High Street in Altrincham.

We voted for an independent regulator before the charges.I wasn’t aware of that but maybe it’s not surprising that Arsenal would back the FA and PL in keeping self regulation and probably not surprising that City would prefer an independent regulator given I imagine relations with the PL are probably not that cordial at the moment. But that’s me speculating.
