Season Tickets - 2023/24

Not sure if this has been asked, so apologies if so. My mate is having mine and my lads season tickets for Newcastle.
If I give him my log in details can he download our cards to his phone without it affecting ours?

Make sure the person you’re transferring the tickets to is in your Friends&Family list, if they are:
Tickets
Tick the box for the Newcastle game and ‘Transfer’ will bold, click Transfer
Select the person you want to transfer the tickets to and click ‘Tansfer’.
If they’re not, add them to your F&F and then do it.
 
Not true. A season ticket can only be downloaded to 2 devices. If you try to aScreenshot_20230804_002748_Google Play services.jpg third you get a messages about maximum reached
I am having an issue ad per screenshot, driving me nuts, would you kindly have any suggestions?
 
Just said it was already live, it's just in the wrong part of my wallet. I'll give them a call later in the week. Thanks anyway as it should have worked

I did that a couple of days ago, just checked now and the 23/24 S/T has gone back into expired passes.
The email from the club related to Android users who had deleted their 2022-23 tickets, not to tickets in the expired section of the wallet.
Mine is also in the expired area but shows 2023-24 and has the correct seat details. Will it become live nearer the time? It shows a QR code, will that be enough?

Mine is the same , will look closer to start of season pretty sure it did the same last year
 
This season, my seasoncard looks the same as it always has - Fixture, Entrance, Block, Row, Seat. My mate's seasoncard looks different - blue background and a QR code in the middle. Am I missing something? Should I go back to sleep?

Got an alert and mine just updated on iPhone automatically. City sent an email earlier this week stating it would happen automatically.
But still always a surprise when the system works.

The game is reference only really, so long as you've a bar code/QR code no problem
 
I logged out of my account on the app and now it won't load to allow me to log back in.
Says it's redirecting me but nothing is happening.
Anyone else got the same?

Mine is the same so probably nothing to do with your upgrade
Think as long as the bar code is available it will still work
 
There is a way to send someone without a supporter number your season ticket for a game.
Transfer your ticket to any one in your F&F doesn’t matter who then select your own email address and you will get emailed your own ticket for the game. You can then forward that email on to whoever you wish and they just click on the link and it generates the ticket to their phone.

i have had this a couplw of time. I rang supporter services who reset my account and sent me a new download link to start from scratch, worked fine with that
