That sounds far too expensive to me. We have a history of waking when clubs try to rinse us. Our business model is based on it as a safety to try to defeat the ‘City tax.’ This is not an elite player and he has not even performed that well at WH. I am hoping that we have another, better quality player in mind. That said, I trust the process. We don’t get many wrong.

Always makes me laugh in this day and age that thats a thing? Like a club is going to be shocked that West Ham get an £80m fee and they could have got more for a player they were selling to them? Everyone due to the internet, social media etc knows everything going on these days let alone behind the scene where clubs, agents, players and their families all let things out?
