She’s a very worrying example of some of the people that have been allowed to embed themselves into politics despite having seemingly no interest, in fact open disdain, for vast swathes of the populace she’s elected to govern.

An absolute shithouse of a human being whose own actions and words and their endorsement by others should mean the end of the political party she represents and their position in power for a long time.

I’ve never been one for “anyone but” politics, this is the first time I’ve ever felt like my vote is best used in that way though.

Indeed. The difference though is judging people on their actual actions whilst being in power vs what people perceive they might do if they were allowed to, so pretty much judging fact against opinion.

O Brian is articulate on the plight of homeless people and the reasons why more of them are sleeping rough, it takes a few minutes to get to Braverman and the cruel policy of removing tents and why the Tories are using that and the boat/ dinghies as a tool to win the next election.

Odious though Braverman and her views/comments may be, she is not a simpleton. You don't come from a normal background and get into Cambridge by being a simpleton.
