Re your second paragraph. I think you are right in terms of them managing to get any charges home. But if part of the rationale for the charges was to smear the club, tarnish our achievements in the eyes of the world and appease the cartel clubs and their sheep, it has been pretty effective.
I’m still waiting for one of these people to blow the whistle. Here’s the leap of faith these dimwits need to take to believe City are guilty, that Shiekh Mansour who is part of the forth largest sovereign wealth funds on the planet (worth $853 billion). Has been colluding with the likes of Nike, Nissan, Nexen Tire, Etihad Airways, Etisalat, Aabar, Jaguar, Wix, Micheal Page Recruitment, The Chinese Government, Silverlake and our accounts auditors Deloitte to name a few of City’s partners. Have all been in on it and in cahoots for nearly a decade to mislead the Premier League.
If they land it it will be the biggest scandal in U.K. companies history and rightfully some people could go to jail for it. However the accusations are so fanciful, wide sweeping and over such a long period of time, The Premier League are probably seriously regretting the pathway they have taken. If they’d looked at maybe 3 years maybe they could have landed something but by going for nearly a decade it’s plain stupidity from them.
Why don’t opposition fans know this? When it all goes pear shaped and gets chucked in the bin with a non cooperation fine they can then brand us some cheats some more.
yeah...must be hundreds or thousands of people involved and not one whistleblower.I’m still waiting for one of these people to blow the whistle.

I can't see how that could be? Surely they agree the details and pay up when required? Is there a possibility the allegations isn't that we've colluded with these multi national organisations but duped them too? As in, they aren't part of the alleged conspiracy but would be 'victims' of one (if everything the PL alleged is true)?
and the Labour bloke is an arsenal fan
Noticed Etihad have a lot of promotional content around their 20th anniversary. City celebrated 20 years at the COMS this year too funnily enough. Some interesting points brought up that I didn't know here:
Twenty years of Etihad: The UAE's unifying national airline
So it was always intended to be more than just the airline of Abu Dhabi.
A timeline and brief discussion about the growth here:
Etihad Airways at 20: Two decades of growth for the UAE’s national carrier
That's even less likely than collusion unless you think all these relatively successful companies are run by naive mugs.Is there a possibility the allegations isn't that we've colluded with these multi national organisations but duped them too? As in, they aren't part of the alleged conspiracy but would be 'victims' of one (if everything the PL alleged is true)?
Isn’t there a famous photograph of all the senior executives of these companies and organisations meeting in a New York restaurant to work out ways to eliminate serious competition? Is there a possibility the allegations isn't that we've colluded with these multi national organisations but duped them too? True Ametin Ziegler had an article out within 30 mins of the charges amazing how detailed it was as wellFrom memory, they didn't even tell us they were charging us until about half an hour before they published them, so I doubt they let whoever was PM of the week know first
There lies all the answers to the conundrum that this is a witch hunt is all about. I have that picture of them all sat around a table at a New York restaurant and each individual is identified has rags dippers and I believe spurcy. Bent has fuck that they are all sat there and no reason for them to be eating together other then to carve out a scheme.Isn’t there a famous photograph of all the senior executives of these companies and organisations meeting in a New York restaurant to work out ways to eliminate serious competition?
Oh….wait a minute…..that was someone else wasn’t it?
I always make a point of saying we were rightly fined for none cooperation, however the fact that CAS reduced the fine by 2/3 was due to them agreeing with us that we were right to do so with the leaks of information. No point trying to have the conversation.
Similar convo with my mate, a regional manager of a worldwide company , high salary, intelligent man, making very important decisions daily;
Me: im confident we will be found not guilty like last time.
Him: not guilty? Guilty. You got fined £10m. You were guilty.
Me: no, we were fined because we refused to cooperate with uefa after we found out they were leaking info. CAS found us not guilty and cleared us
Him: (after a 10 second pause ) ….. bull shit
Absolutely.I always make a point of saying we were rightly fined for none cooperation, however the fact that CAS reduced the fine by 2/3 was due to them agreeing with us that we were right to do so with the leaks of information.
I have decided to stop worrying about this until something happens ... if it ever does.
We need to make this happen even if Mansour pays the sponsorship himself through the backdoor :)If we are cleared of the charges then maybe we could get a certain smoothie maker as shirt sponsor.
