She's clearly a psychopath.

Basically she's another Shipman but without the actual murdering, she drove people to suicide and destroyed the lives of countless other people and their families, all whilst masquerading as a pillar of society as an ordained minister.

They were investigators, it was their job to leave no stone unturned regardless of whether it was a shit system or not.

Maybe they did, and maybe they pointed it out, having finished watching it now and accepting it as at least factual, I’m convinced the meddling went far beyond the upper echelons of the Post Office, absolutely stinks.

I've always firmly believed that anyone who makes it to the position of a large corporate CEO, especially a serial CEO at numerous different corporations, is effectively a psychopath.

Normal, non-psychopathic people just simply don't possess that ruthless and insatiable drive and desire to have power and control over so many other people's lives along with a craving for the recognition and authority that comes with it.

Despite the obscene financial renumeration that these CEO's receive its not actually about the money for them, it's all about satisfying their personal lust for power, control, status and recognition.

I suppose it depends on what their accountability is. Frankly I feel their only interest is in the financial figures.
Their title is Chief Executive so I suppose they delegate to others then measure it's financial success from each section of running the company.

Obviously it is up to them who they appoint but there must be financial pressure on all because their remuneration depends on it.

No idea how it works in a Government sector where budgets are apparently to be spent rather than an amount of money not only to achieve objectives but also to deliver a profit.
Seemingly the rewards of this robbery were held in a suspense account then transferred to profit in year end accounts.

It has raised the profile of the case obviously (As if 700 sub postmasters being wrongly fined/imprisoned/sacked wasnt enough). It has raised it to the point where it cannot be ignored and I hope some of those twats working at the top of the food chain the Post Office get imprisoned I really really hope they do, society needs for those twats not STOP getting away with stuff like this. Fed up of the rich/influential getting away with these things...

Was anyone even imprisoned from Grenfell? Anyone from the Hillsborough shit? These people need to be brought to justice, jeez it makes me so angry I am not going to take it anymore.
