PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Today, I've been reading/listening to the various reports and opinion pieces on how (all of a sudden) FFP is destroying poor, picked on Everton and Forest while at the same time blocking Newcastle's ascent to the Elysian Fields of footballing success and glory..

No doubt there'll be other clubs following suit sooner rather than later.. and again, all of it will be 'so unfair!'

Then, as I read/listen to the mewling media, on to the i-Thingy shuffle comes one of my favourite Wailers' tracks, 'Small Axe', which makes me smile:

'And whosoever diggeth a pit,/ Shall fall in it, fall in it./ And whosoever diggeth a pit/ Shall bury in it, shall bury in it..'

That synchronicity.. wonderful, ain't it?!

The Forest one makes no sense from a sustainability standpoint either. They could have sold Brennan Johnson earlier in the transfer window for £30m and I believe they would have passed the PSR. They rejected it and held out for £50m from Spurs later in the transfer window, which then put them in a new PSR year, which meant they failed the year before. Forest had to spend to survive, they had no players when they got promoted.

The PSR rules are also causing a major problem that nobody in the media is really talking about. It's forcing clubs to sell club grown players because they are pure profit from an accounting perspective. That's why Forest sold Johnson, that's why us selling Palmer was great and it's why Chelsea will sell Conor Gallagher. I cant imagine that is something the league or media wants to see keep happening.
In true KK speak I'd luv it if Forest win on appeal and the dips2 were binned.

Everton have just built a new 50,000 seater stadium, they need to find 10,000 more bums than their current home attendance to fill them seats, coincidentally, the coach smashers have just expanded Klanfield by approx. 10,000 and need to fill a similar number of seats.

All rather convenient….

So Dan Roan has left his office at ‘Old Trafford’, driven across the city, and done his hatchet job report outside the Etihad. Roan, you Rag, shill, c*nt!
City must be a massive club with all this exposure.

The true giants of the game living next door to the leaky cauldron…

Get the lawyers fired up Khaldoon and set for maximum rag damage.

An absolute disgrace if so, he shouldn’t be allowed anywhere on the Etihad campus from now on. Clear and organised what their agenda is.

There was plenty CAS could have agreed with UEFA over the charges that were not time barred, CAS found us not guilty in assessing the evidence provided and ultimately fined us for non cooperation.

If the Premier League revisit any of the non time barred accusations they’ll have to come up with damming evidence as we’ve been to the ultimate Sporting chamber in CAS and won.

So fuck off Premier League, you really are a nasty piece of shit driven by the red shirt apologists.
British law has a time barring and the PL are governed by it so, it’s likely that most of the charges are time barred The exception to time barring would be if fraud or deliberately misleading was involved

IIRC the loan taken out by the stadium arm of the club was used for operating expenses, not the stadium.

If that's the case Everton dropped themselves right in the shit.
They took out 3 loans which in evidence they claimed that all 3 were to fund the new stadium however the evidence said 2 of the loans were used for day to day funding and transfer In evidence to the commission the owner dropped them right in it by saying they felt they need MF enforcements

I don't know, I think Forest have a point on this.

They rejected £30m for Johnson from Brentford that would have seen them pass the PSR as they knew they would sell him for more.
A month later they sell him to Spurs for £50m but outside of the PSR window.

They're essentially fined for selling their star player for more.

The rules also forced them into selling a home grown player as its pure profit, another flaw. Plus they only get £60m in losses as a new promoted team but everyone else gets £105m losses over 3 seasons.

All comes back to what these rules are really for and it's quite obvious that it's to stifle the development of ambitious clubs.
Which is why EFC and Forest are gonna be chopped, and Luton are reprieved. Mmmmmm! The plucky Hatters are granted a stay of execution.

Our legal team explaining what their rules actually mean and how we have managed to stay within the guidelines may be the reason other clubs are being exposed as failing.
I'm certain our club were well aware right from the off that they must be certain to stay on the right side of the line or face the penalty hence the time taking to find a rule broken.
Their last throw of the dice was to charge us hopeful something will stick but the longer it goes on the more confident I feel that we are in a good place.
My only worry is that they will declare that the FFP was too complicated unreliable after Everton and Notts Forest appeal and all previous FFP rules will be declared null and void and new rules from August will be implemented.
If this happens they will declare that city charges will have to be withdrawn. This way they don't give us our day in court to be found innocent and in the eyes of red cunts fans our so called guilt will remain forever.
These twats are looking for a way out and leaving a stain on our club may be all they have left once they see we are innocent.

Dan Roan who made sarcastic comments about the owner of Leicester FC and his staff after they died in that helicopter crash. He's an utter prick.
Then shows faux-outrage at Millwall & Coventry "fans" taking the piss out of the helicopter tragedy, after he did EXACTLY the same thing on an open mic.

Fucking disgrace that the BBC still employ the piece of shit.

Lets not forget about utd and their recent failure of UEFA FFP. Reported by only a few in the small columns of the inside pages as a "minor breach". With absolutely no punishment. We don't get the but This Is Man United bollox then do we?? . All brushed under the carpet and forgotten as quick as possible. The media stuck.

we'll always be guilty in the eyes of opposition fans no matter how this ends. Won't stop the trophies though
