Politely as possible…Bollocks! It's not the KC who decided our fate it's the independent panel if we can call them independent. and it's human nature to have a small thinking of which way you are going to vote even before evidence and a lot of that will be based on what comes out through the media
You must have been in a good mood. We never got the phone call from the cells after you sparkingh the fuckers out.Just stood there with a few lads when a group come up and just called us corrupt cunts that shouldn’t even be in the league , then a load of other shite to follow
Luckily I was in a good mood for some reason :)
A grateful nation would reward them with a life peerage, a cushy diplomatic post in the Maldives, generous expense accounts and a large country estate. What would happen if the deputy prime minister of the united kingdom was under investigation for major fraud of 14 years??.
Close , just realised laughing at the fuckers pissed then off moreYou must have been in a good mood. We never got the phone call from the cells after you sparkingh the fuckers out.
You are right in principle BUT the creation of the Al Jazera contract for Mancini was done by Pearce and City execs at the same time as his contract with City. So the PL will claim it was really part of his City income despite the fact that it was legally separate. We will no doubt claim privity of contract, ie not us, mate, but AbuDhabi.Do you happen to know what we didn't declare for Mancinis Al Jazera consultancy.
Years ago I used to do the Directors and highest paid employees remuneration table in the Company Annual Report as part of my job and I don't remember having to include payments from other jobs they held, just stuff like basic, bonus, share options, loans, pension contributions from the Company..
You'd only mention other directorships held but not payments received from that as I remember.
Without getting too much into it do you know what city are supposed to have not done that they should have ? I'm thinking any personal stuff was for Roberto's advisors to sort out, not City.
Thanks, yep follow that. You are right in principle BUT the creation of the secondary contract for Mancini was done by Pearce and City execs at the same time as his contract with City. So the PL will claim it was really part of his City income despite the fact that it was legally separate. We will no doubt claim privity of contract, ie not us, mate, but AbuDhabi.
Given the panel is getting picked by Murray Rosen who is a KC and will probably be one of the three members it's entirely bollocks. I'll be surprised if the other two (or all three if not Rosen) aren't KC's as well.Politely as possible…Bollocks!
These are sophisticated people who know their decision is going to be pored over by the greatest legal minds in Britain. They will be ULTRA-CONSERVATIVE and will certainly not be swayed by the nonsense being spewed by no-name pundits & journos!
When shit gets serious, the bullshit is shoveled out of the room so adults can do their work.
That's because the club are ran by adults, not children. The main thing that annoys me, is there seems to be no redress into the damage to our name, the club seem to have no backbone to the above, which again fuels the guilty image.
Just like BBC United, the Daily United is a Rag and Scouse infested media company.
This is the last comment under the article. No more comments are being allowed, even though I have left some comments.
No surprise it's from a Liverpool fan. Note the the green and red likes and dislikes, 3 to 1.
The football media have done a sterling job on behalf of the PL and the red shirt clubs.

I agree with what you are say but after seeing the clips on line of the woman mentioning sportswashing I am concerned.True. But I think an independent regulator will be fairer than the PL which sadlly has been shown to be corrupt. You can't have a situation where the person in charge is recruited by just a small cabal of clubs. And then that person becomes a puppet for the small cabal and makes decisions which favour the small cabal ahead of the interests of the other clubs. That is what happened at UEFA and what has happened at the PL. The senior members (from all parties) of the media and sport select committee know exactly what has happened and they will push through an independent regulator whatever the outcome of any future election.
The main thing that annoys me, is there seems to be no redress into the damage to our name, the club seem to have no backbone to the above, which again fuels the guilty image.
I see in the press/media they are report the pl have set a date for ffp hearing. I thought the pl had outsourced this so how can the pl set the date
Everton and Newcaslte fans now grouping us one of the cartel clubs is LAUGHABLE.
Thick as two short planks the lot of them.
They both voted for FFP, we didn't. Everton were also part of the 5 OG breakaway cartel clubs in 1992. They just couldn't capitalise on the increase revenue like the others.
Under those circumstances, the rags would never be able to sign a player again & thats the whole reason of financial unfair playWhat also gets me is P&S should be there to help clubs. It should be "ok you've failed this key criteria, here's what's you need to do to get your books in order". If that means incoming transfer bans, forced player sales or assest sales then so be it but that should be the maximum punishment. Everton's case would be fine you're getting a new stadium so let's see how it goes when it opens but we don't want to see an increase on the debt in the meantime. Go public on the steps taken for each club and state if they break the steps then a pre-defined points deduction or fine will be issued. Everyone including the fans will know what's what that way and who is to blame if it goes wrong (ie the owners). Sensible approaches on a case by case basis not Draconian punishments crippling and ruining clubs with finger in the air punishments
