This is the howling at the moon mindset of people if City are cleared. If this whole investigation gets put in the bin, the highest court in Europe on sporting matters in CAS and then and independent panel on behalf of the Premier League will have given their verdict on what a load of bollocks this is. If CAS can be bought why didn’t the most corrupt country on the planet in Russia buy them off when their athletes were stopped from competing in the Olympics for doping offences?

The story here that will be ignored is why Uefa and the Premier League set out to try and destroy City on the back of hacked emails? I think we all know why.

Can I ask why you think it’s the wrong approach? Goldbridge does have a vast subscription base on a huge platform. His lies can spread far and wide. Rashford recently had a go at him and also united.

YouTubers can’t be ignored anymore. The demographic that he targets are future fans.

Does it make us look weak? Or like @tolmie's hairdoo alluded to a position of strength?

Why would he not be telling the truth?

He stated he is going to discuss the cease and desist letter and ‘show it’ to his United followers on his channel.(and to City fans)

If he doesn’t it will damaged his credibility even more, if he has any credibility at all?

He’s set himself up. He has to now discuss the letter and has to show it as proof that he has received it.

It'll drive a lot of views to his site, and then about 30 seconds from the end of Tuesdays 'show' he'll confirm that his 'lawyers have advised' him not to discuss it

Goldbridge is irrelevant - he’s a comic, the Beano, regardless of high numbers of low quality views. Doesn’t make us look weak or strong but sets a precedent to react to people like that because if you don’t next time what are you saying?

To be fair, he could be on an almighty wind up. He knows this will attract thousands of more viewers.
 
I assume the letter will give some details of what he can cannot say or what’s been said that’s not true

He could be lying. He could simply say, "Sorry, everyone. My solicitor advised me not to share the letter. However, I can give you a summary instead...."

Honestly, I have no idea but he does have an 'out' if he is
