Is there a way to check any deleted emails? Besides the junk folder which they would obviously empty? ie, could a computer specialist if required confirm if any emails were indeed deleted?

This has been requested for good reason.

I would be staggered if we hadn’t already organised our own ‘intelligence gathering’ and have some really incriminating stuff.

Imagine if folk do delete it and pretend it was never sent / received and then we present it!

Also Imagine the ironic outcry from the prosecution ‘you can’t use that it was gathered illegally and without consent.’

They aren’t, by law, allowed to delete communications afaik. Or at least emails.

Let’s hope they play by the rules then.

the old saying- it can be deleted but it never really is, you think its gone but its still very much there

So it would still be traceable even if they did? I imagine there is going to be some EXTREMELY nasty emails and messages about us for the American owners in there!

thing is if they deny anything existed in txt message then it pops up all credibility has gone, enough to end the case, may need a court order to recover the texts but there are means and ways and this info is held for years
