Just because you are born in a country doesn't mean you have to follow that national team..I'm happy to watch any team from any country that plays great football..I don't support any international team but I am happy to see the best teams win the competitions and England don't tend to fit the criteria of attacking attractive football

I want I want I want.
It’s embarrassing the need and desperation to be ‘entertained’ and I know all to well sitting with my fellow hammers fans how much they whinge and moan about not being entertained. Wish they’d piss off and find something else to enjoy instead - truth is some are just old, bitter and will never be happy.
Majority of international football isn’t as entertaining as PL football - As shown by France, Portugal, Germany, Italy and other big nations. Spain have been the only exception this tournament - If that’s a reason to not want your own country to win then that’s just rather sad, each to their own and all that. I’ll exit once again on this one.

Looking forward to this now. Got tickets to the AO. Whilst the football might have been drab, it’s a final, and more to the point, a final I can enjoy in the company of mates who don’t support City. Will enjoy it for what it is - an excuse to go on the piss on a Sunday and take Monday off.

Why is it sad..as I said I'm not really interested in international football but when I do watch I want to be entertained..weird concept I know..sort of like if I watch TV or go to the pictures I want entertainment not tedium.
Football for many is an escape from everyday life and believe it or not it is classed as entertainment...it's bad enough watching teams that come to the Etihad and have no intention of trying to play football but I can understand why as not all teams are equal..but can you truthfully say you think watching England is entertaining..

Phil played more games than Rodri last season, 52 to Rodri's 50.

Certainly was last Wednesday and hopefully will be tomorrow.
 
Out of the starting 11's, will City being the team with most participating players?

4 of our players starting in the final, out of 22.

Players on the pitch the vast majority of time give 100% , it’s sometimes not there fault the other team keeps the ball, or it’s a scrappy match, or opposition is feigning injury and time wasting. I wouldn’t go to West Ham and stuff my face at the prices they charge and would not expect to be entertained either
 
As a veteran of over 100 international matches I’ve kinda abandoned nationalism etc. but it would be hillarious to me if en ger land win it. The porridge munchers would be more suicidal than usual. But if if they lose, it’s funny too.
