PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

this is what is hilarious to me, in terms of the deals that these people do city are small fry, the idea that they would risk their reputation just to help city out for a few million the very idea is ludicrous

Possibly but not necessarily so. If we challenged them on points of competition law it may just be that we won some and lost others. If we won some, the PL rules will have to be modified. I doubt we realistically expected to win every point.
 
Serious question. Say we get done and relegated or whatever, the verdict is in January. Would we finish out the season? Or no games until following august where we start in championship? Or how does it work?

my boss just suggested we get clipped 40 points, mid season. I replied ' bit harsh that, we may struggle to get top 4''..
 
Well its actually a win-win isn't it - being a glory hunter (although first game was in 1972, I only got my S/T in 2003) I've got loads of lower league grounds to tick off if/when we get demoted! So bring it on!

Just guessing here but from what Stefan has said we won't hear the result until near the end of the upcoming season and if it goes against us we'll appeal it.
