Not really. The result is the same, they just used layman's colloquialisms, rather than intricate legal technicalities and clause numbers most people couldn't care about. Clubs can still go after others for compensation, according to that post, it is just the process that differs.

i think thats just his natural way, when he was getting his arse handed to him at the enquiry he seemed irate about it, i think hes irate because hes been shoehorned into a situation he cant win and hes going to lose his job over it when all comes to all.Probably, but I doubt they tell them to come across as irate.

Remember when it was first leaked that City were suing the PL over APT rules. The media were outraged and covered as if it was doomsday.
Was leaked on Monday that City have had some success in this case ( hidden within the change of date for 115 ) yet not a peep anywhere else about this.
Everything is being stage managed and reporting has changed to WHEN we are punished.

My comment is on how it’s being reported not what is going to happen.Never has a person suited their username more lol
The media coverage has progressed to when we are relegated and when we are sued for hundreds of millions.
If the media are so confident why don’t they fill their boots and stick their money on us being relegated - they can get good odds.
The Times reporting is almost on a schedule for the week. Obviously backed by a PL club who we all have our thoughts on who that is.

So nothing has changed and we still have to wait months for it to even start. And then we have to wait until next year for the decision, and that might be moved back too.
