When we are found not guilty it's going to break the football world, for 16 years now the message from up top to the mindless drones is that we have cheated, however will they be able to get away with lying convincingly to their public again?

This is a PL independent panel, much like the UEFA independent panel, and the Leicester PL independent panel, even the Everton independent panel, they can find City guilty without proof. But due to CAS and the Leicester appeal panel, a huge amount of pressure will be on the City panel, to only accept where proven.
As you point out, proving 16 years of persecution under the guise of FFP would be unbelievable, which is why the PL panel will find us guilty of some trifling charge which can not be proven either way.
Just hope all those cartel clubs that reserved the right to damages, went to the small claims court.
