Smelly, urine soaked cooling towers are a health hazard. There would be enough steam off that amount of boiling piss to run all the power station turbines for the rest of this century.

All the charges are completely baseless assertions, to use the PL's own words. The most likely ones to have been dead in the water are the Etihad sponsorship ones, which were comprehensively dealt with by CAS. The very little I've heard is the same people gave the same evidence to the PL tribunal on our behalf, as they did at CAS.Mate the whole 115 charges are dead in the water.
We have done nothing wrong. We know that. Masters knows it.
The media know it. The red cartel know it.
I fully expect something to break about the 115 to go alongside the news of Pep extending.

Even if we were found not guilty 115 times the government wouldn’t allow them to inform the public because the amount of piss being boiled would burn a hole in the ozone layer big enough to render the planet uninhabitable within hours.
Lord Pannick say hi. ;)What a waste of time and resources ....
edited for accuracyanyone got the feeling the lid is off the PLs can of worms, the scramble for candles on merkyside will soon be upon us only for the good press to dress it up as xmas shoplifting in the liverpoodlian spirit
Our midfield issues suggest otherwise hahaWe dodged a bullet with both those players.
That's a fair comment! Our midfield issues suggest otherwise haha
Etihad and Etisalat deals, for a guess. Both were covered by City’s defence at CAS, although Etisalat wasn’t ruled on. Just don’t see how the prem would have sufficient evidence to counter City’s. Impossible, I’d say.Which block is that likely to be?

You are partly correct but they start off with odds compilers using their knowledge and opinion to construct a book, that has nothing to do with any weight of money. No, they set the odds based on who is betting what. The more people who bet on something, the lower the odds become.
Well Bellingham chose Madrid and it looked like it was us not willing to up our money for Rice (if that was his desire to play for Arsenal maybe) Had they have signed then they would have fit the bill and had the desire they show for their current clubs i'm sure. All hindsight though as nobody could have predicted this injury crisis.Only if both players were fully committed to playing for our club, and neither showed that.

You would be hard-pushed to find someone as ill-informed about football as Goldstein. That said he does work for MUFC in a media capacity so I wouldn't be surprised if that rumour was circulating at the swamp. Perhaps it was started by agent Berrada. He knows fuck all. He’s done that to get the masses frothing and ringing in to bounce about.
Not a chance that United recruit Berrada and Pep signs his new contract if this case has gone badly. We have had negative leaks to the media from rival Club Directors for a decade but nothing negative to City has been leaked about the 115 case in recent months. You can never predict an outcome from Judges 100 per cent but both sets of lawyers will know where the weight of evidence (or lack of evidence) lies. The lawyers on both sides will have briefed their clients and comms plans will be being prepared for the likely outcome. So the PL board knows the situation. Throughout all this someone from the PL leadership has been leaking to our rival Club Directors who have then been leaking to the media. I believe the only reason the leaks have dried up is that there is no negative information about City to leak.It also squares with what @Manchester33 heard directly from a contact within the club - that some charges were effectively dead in the water before the hearing started. Whether the IC would’ve still spent time discussing them at the hearing is another matter - and my guess is that they would still have to consider them as some kind of box-ticking exercise - but the club were super confident about the outcome of those, just as they are about the whole thing.
Of course, they might’ve misjudged it badly, and Stefan always says you never know for sure even if you have what looks like a slam dunk of a case, but I don’t think they would put out noises as emphatic as that if they thought it was 50-50.
If we do get cleared of all the main charges, I’m still expecting the IC to give the PL a token win on the non-cooperation charges to save them from total humiliation.
The last sentence nails it. If there was anything bad, the PL leaks like a sieve with ‘good’ news. Not a chance that United recruit Berrada and Pep signs his new contract if this case has gone badly. If we win on all of them then I'm going to pay a personal visit to RAWK head office and curl off a big fuck-off steaming dump on their desk then spend every day for the next 10 years gloating about our win to all their cunty moderators! In fact, I might just do that anyway if we only get done on non co-operation.Even Im not the optimistic we ducked some of the non-co-op ones' Huge if its all 115/130. the rage online could power us all through winter next year.
