Alan Brazil on Talksport has just said he’s heard “something is goin to happen to us in January” we’re going to appeal it and then he groaned. So it’s going to roll on for another year.

Alan Brazil didn't say City were going to get done in January, he said he'd heard there would be a decision in January but then appeals would drag it on.

The clubs had the opportunity to change the rules reassert sale but choose not to.

Because of US rules Utds holding company had to quantify and publish the sum they believe in terms of losses was attributed to COVID but it’s almost 100% certain that the sum allowed for PSR wasn’t the same number as shown in the holding company’s accounts

So United can do any figure they want for anything ? Why have they not been challenged ? I don’t think the rules need changing for Chelsea the sale is clearly not fair market value shirt or hotel
