You'd take him on a free, it's declining free money not to but that's the only circumstance. Doesn't have a great injury record, I don't believe he's anywhere near the elite level we need to be looking at and it's not a priority area for us. These things are nearly always sceanrios that are sensationalised for the story and the possibility of it happening is incredibly slim. Barca will find a way to do what they have to.

It doesn't appear that Barcelona have many avenues of redress right now. They've lost in court so they're suing La Liga on the grounds that they're too incompetent to administer the financial rules. That seems desperate. Can we try doing the same with the PL? :)

Last season, our defensive midfielder got more assists than our attacking mid who won POTS and had his best season ever. Even at his best, Foden is not creative.
I think he is injury prone which would not get better in this league but likely worse. but he has some speed, creativity and pressing ability which we are short of big time now. if the news are true which I doubt that he is available on free due to the mess at Barca, then not much to lose to try.

I really hope we are serious about this. This guy is so versatile, he can play left, right, middle, assist, score goals. Knows Pep's system well. No brainer. For free? I will carry him on my back all the way here.

Ended up in the Spanish start 11 that won the thing!!!
Has scored in the Champions League this season is under 30 with a good engine and legs to run around a bit!!!
I would take him over some of ours at the moment!!!
He may turn us down, as he wants Champions League football next year??

Not a priority…?? Its January and we are in a huge mess creatively. Slim pickings right now and a risk with his injury record for sure. But having seen us this season, it is a huge priority to improve this area imo…You'd take him on a free, it's declining free money not to but that's the only circumstance. Olmo may not be the very top of the tree but in the current circumstances we surely have to look at this option seriously!!

They should all be a priority....Olmo changes very little this season and long term is he really good enough?
