The PL will have much more than six emails, but that isn't the point imho.

There may well be a difference in what the lawyers say in the hearing and what the executives say off the record.

But the actual record is written by the lawyers, of course.

Like you, I have always been very optimistic the club will be fine.

No.

For the first APT decision didn't City threaten to release to the press unilaterally because the PL kept pushing it back? The plan was to release statements simultaneously but they were pissing about trying to find a way to spin it to their advantage.

Neither party are permitted to announce anything until both parties are agreed on the exact text of the statement. That is one of the conditions of the arbitration. Which is why City were getting so frustrated with the time it was taking for the PL for the 1st APT release.

The “Football Finance Expert” is an idiot and knows NOTHING more than anyone else, and is actually making himself look bad by spouting this BS in the media…but it keeps the lights on at his house, so…!
