Saying they are confident could just be a way of covering their arses after spending £50 million of the Premier Leagues money on the case . They really can't say anything else can they. Mind you neither can we.
Also they have not said it, Sam Lee has said it.

He didn't exclusively talk to those 3 though, did he? At the time he was appearing weekly on 9320 pod and hosting his own Man City podcast with David Mooney. So as someone who works around the club, travels with the club, spends hours a week chatting with City fans about this subject, he just spoke to some people outside that bubble.

There's too many pages to read and far to much speculation to digest. Does anyone know categorically of the outcome will come at the end of march? I have read some articles saying it is and Others saying it could go on and on. So like everything else related to this debacle is the result date being touted also just speculation?

“Dismissal” here means finding City not liable of a breach. So the primary basis for an appeal. The question of appeal will likely depend on the factual findings and what is left open for questioning by an appeal in terms of the application of law.
I consider myself to have been educated. Again. I was thinking "complaint" related to the whole complaint of 115/130 alleged breaches, not any particular breach within the complaint. Bloody lawyers :)
So is it likely an appeals panel will reconsider liability and then pass the findings back to the original panel for sanction? Or will the appeals panel consider sanctions themselves? Seems strange (and a little disrespectful) to pass the whole thing round from one to the other like a hot potato .....

Didn't UEFA consider Fordham to be against the "spirit of the rules" rather than breaking them, if I remember correctly a lot of (all?) clubs were trying similar workarounds.
There's no way that we did as requested by UEFA and shut it down but then tried to hide any payments related to it. To be honest that question comes across as paranoid schizophrenia at best.
I try to keep my schizophrenia in check here :)
My other self says UEFA didn't come to any conclusion on Fordham. It was just part of the 2014 settlement, I think. And it operated until 2017? You only have to look at the Fordham accounts when it stopped "trading" to see losses of 50-60 million.
