Depends on the force.

Centrifugal force pushes a motion force outwards. Like a kids roundabout. If it spins fast enough and you let go and the force overcame the surface tension of your footwear, you would be ejected from the roundabout.

Centripetal force pulls a motion force inwards. Like in the example above. The centrifugal force is the one that wants to eject you from the roundabout. The centripetal force is the friction of your footwear keeping you on the roundabout.
