Oasis reunion

If only they had Craft Beers, its Sam Smiths, and it tastes like watered down Sam Smiths at that. About the only thing thats drinkable is the mild that they do and thats only because there no other choice.

If you want craft beer go to Track Brewery at the opposite side of Piccadilly Station. Or Cloudwater Tap room thats on the same trading estate.

If you want it in the centre of town Crown and Kettle on Oldham street is spot on.

Hardly noticed the gaps in between tbh though I had ingested some magical fungi so was just enjoying the visuals.

I did think the atmosphere during Cast and Ashcroft could have been a bit livelier, felt like the crowd size doubled when Oasis came out, though that's a minor quibble.
The Coral would have been a better option to open IMO, I'm not moaning tho, I went on Friday and Wednesday (and going tomorrow), unreal gigs!

Thousands of people singing (towards the end of the video) on Oasis hill from behind the metal fence, which was sadly erected. But it hasn't stooped people from gathering on Oasis hill.

Oasis's following old and young is insane.

If there is lightning about will the concert be cancelled?
The thought crossed my mind for a second when those mad storms woke me up at 6am but the weather seems to have settled now, bit of rain maybe but doesn’t look like it’s going to be worse than that.

Mad fer it!

I was there too and totally agree. Superb night. Zero queueing at the bars. Oasis wow, amazing. First I've ever seen them. Before they reunited I used to talk hypothetically about how much I'd pay or how far I'd travel if they ever got back together for a one off.

I've done it now, a small part of the bucket list ticked off and it was everything I'd hoped it would be.

Side note - Little by Little was never one of my favourite songs of theirs, probably not that close. Hearing it live that's changed, amazing.

‘Little By Little’ is class live, proper football chant.
