Thw first few posts of this thread are comedy gold!
Came across this..We don't want anymore Belgians thank you very much. Been nothing but trouble for this club.
I'm gonna have to seat out on this one. Love the player, but don't think he'd be that good at City. Smells of Cavani to PSG to me.
Only if you had read this on the same thread:
And thisThis kid isn't getting the respect he is due. He has been one of the best players in the Bundesliga this season. Yep better than Reus, the flavor of the month here. Perhaps Reus is in fact a better player, but nothing about this kid is average. Just because Chels a tot he wasn't good enough is not proof he isn't. For fuck sake, Chelsea tot Matic was not good enough, punned him off, only to go pays more to get him back. We already can see they wer also wrong about what Super Frank had left. Not to mention Mata. Big teams dump fantastic players all the time, this isn't proof the player isn't good enough, just that the team who gave up on him wanted to go a different route.
P.s: this kid outplayed Hazard at the Worldcup. Yep that Hazard, you know, the one that constantly flirts with the Prems best player award. This kid can be World class. He is pretty close and it looks like he is surely on the way. I'd jump at him if he became available. The notion that he is some journey man type is ridiculous. You don't put up the numbers he is putting up if you are some chump. He is very good, and we'd have done well if we got him
Or thisUnderstandable. But here is a better way to look at it, he is better (or to be technically correct) more effective than either Nasri or Jovetic. Corner kicks, free kicks, Beckham type pinpoint long balls, shooting etc are way superior. Sure, he doesn't have the Barca-lite eloquent ball technique of the Silva, Nasri, YaYa, Aguero group. But he is good enough at it. As good as Jove, Navas, Dihno Milner and the like.
Fit matters, but I think he just might be a superb addition to our starting 11.
De Bruyne
Sterling
Pogba/Koke
Bernat
Kranevitter (loan him out)
No outright game changer, but this should improve our squad greatly. Especially the starting 11.
Oh, don't get me wrong, De Bruyne is the truth, I actually think he will become the best player in the Prem if he comes. I'm just trying not to overstate my position. Mueller and Debruyne in my eyes are the 2 most efficient footballers anywhere in the world. And either will become the best player in the prem within 2 years. But my issue is with our need. Someone answered the question with benching Yaya. That's an option. But I really would rather not have a bottleneck situation. Don't want Silva, Sterling, Debruyne, Pogba, or Yaya on the bench. Which leaves no room for Delph or Dihno. In my mind Fernando has to go if we get both. There simply is nothing for him to do.
Yes, now let’s walk through all your posts praising Donald Trump and especially J. D. Vance, and all those that discuss what an excellent job you think HHS Secretary RFK will do.Only if you had read this on the same thread:
And this
Or this
Keep reading the thread though. Lots of gems. Its always great to go back and read what you said about players before they came.
10 years later, I'd say i hit it out the park :)

Proud of supporting depraved nonces. No wonder none of your four kids want anything to do with you.Yup. Called that one too. Lots of gems there.

this was prescientif his position is a winger, we should sign Sterling instead. we need fast pace wide player.
BumpHe's not as good as Bale though is he.
Or Pogba.
