I heard today from a good source that they could be an announcement this Friday. Reason for the long delay is didn’t want it hastily arranged and needed to be properly planned. Sequential approach to delivering of both cases with smaller one last week to avoid stitch up accusations etc. I have not seen the ruling summary yet but apparently prem league look pretty terrible in all of this so hopefully that means we should be cleared .

A few questions about post one to put some credibility on it

Not asking for names of your source but where do they get this information from, are they in the court system, City or PL?

Why would you see the ruling summary?

If you haven't see the summary has your source told you the PL look pretty terrible, in which case they have?

Who told you the reason for the long delay, do you mean they delayed the 115 so that it was after the APT was finalized?
