Why why would we ban him just for that post?

I'm sceptical that what he's said is actually correct, but he could be posting in good faith and deserves the benefit of the doubt for now. There's no need for the pile-on.

Do we really want the PL to be a financial casualty? Let them collect from the Club members while we tell them we told them so.
PL rules need to be legal if someone takes them to Court.
Let the PL explain why they defended if they dare or make Mr M their scapegoat.

Not sure we want the PL to be hammered into financial ground.
