PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Right that’s it I’ll have another guess for when it drops around the week/weekend when we are due to play the red scousers so the 8th of November or just a couple of days before..

You may be right but my opinion is that City are trying to destroy the hold of the PL by the so called red cartel not the PL itself.

Our investors will not want to change the rules that benefit us just the ones that don't suit us.
Let others fight those battles if they have the bottle and cash we are simply looking after City in these legal battles.

Proper investors not do gooders.
 
I tell you what, Arsenal away would be the perfect fixture for us to play if we do get cleared of the charges on Friday.

I’m sure they led on this bull shit and their fans will be the most up in arms when we’re cleared the fucking drama queens.

In agree that the aim is probably as you say but that's just kicking the problem into the long grass. The PL IMHO is the cartel you can separate them.

I don't want us to be a part of what we hate.

i'm just being honest that its a total guess. although i did pose this general question to google ai... "how long does it typically take to write up the results of a 10 week complex arbitration case?"

And after a load of "it depends" waffle, i got this... In summary: Given the complexity suggested by a 10-week hearing, expecting a period of 6 to 18 months for the final award to be issued is reasonable.

so my guess was pitched right in the middle of that to hedge my bets. 18 months could be May next year!
