PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If it is just the way these things get sorted, name one analogous abandonment of a post trial disciplinary by Government/regulatory intervention.

The Chinese spy case. Keep up ....

Edit: I'm replying to a post from about a lifetime ago. Ignore. Note to self: pay more a-fucking-ttention.

Given your late joining of the discussion I can only assume given your concern for my sleeping habits that you have just got out of bed. That might explain the typing errors in your post.
The differences between slbsn and I stem from the fact that he/she utilises the letter of the law in his/her responses and therefore I might assume he/she has a legal background. I do not but firmly believe that the law can be bent to suit the occasion. I'm not sure anybody concerned with the law would admit that in a public forum.
Within their argument they continually point out that this or that is not relevant to the City case and dismiss whether pressure might be brought by a Govt on such a matter. I pointed out The Chinese Spy case which again was dismissed. Others in the legal profession also question the decision.
My view is that the case has sensitivities which are also reflected in the 115 charges. Either I am silly which I can live or slbsnis is somewhat pedantic.

Just regarding your last sentence - this isn't an either/or situation. Pretty sure that you may be silly, while Stefan is also pedantic...

i definitely know where you are coming from, mate.
i respect you as a poster and a person,
we both have that background of the love of music,
but, as i said, times change and we must try to do so with them.

have a dig deeper into mungo's hifi.
there's so much of it over the past 2 decades.
i'm sure you will warm to some of it.

if 2 of your favourite artists are working with them that must say something, mustn't it.
I’ll have a look mate, nice one :)

A poor article imho. Get to the end and ask yourself ‘what has he said’?
My answer would be ‘nothing very logical’.
I bit the bullet and read it. It's like he's cut and pasted sentences from other articles and thrown them together in some sort of word salad. There's no coherence to the piece at all.

The first comment, from someone calling themselves Neric made me chuckle though "Another brilliant well researched article by miggy. Not sure who is the best investigate sports journalist around today? Miggy or Simon Stone".

Professionalism. If he was my KC I wouldn’t expect him to give updates about my case to randoms knowing it will go straight into social media

Just my view
It’s not an update though is it. He’s confirmed the square root of fuck all. It’s the very definition of a non update.

The one who posted the comment, their first name wasn't Gen by any chance was it?

@Stoned Rose
are these reggae?...

Capleton a long timer but more dancehall than reggae for me. Tarrus is reggae and I love his tune She’s Royal but don’t connect with much of his other stuff tbh.

The stuff you’re posting is very modern. The Jamaican teenagers probably love it but their parents probably say “shite this, not like the old days” :). To me it sounds too computerised and has none of that old time rawness the stuff I’ve grown up on has but each to their own my bredda :)

It all started going downhill when Ini Kamoze (early stuff is superb) sold out with Hotstepper and someone gave Shaggy a record deal, imo.

If only you could.
Bringing into doubt the KC's professionalism about merely intimating the stage of the process.

The stage of a process isn't confidential information. Unless it's a S I.
Please don't trigger them again, I'd rather read about reggae, cheese or whatever the latest nonsense is than that.
