Known as a paper trail.Why would the charges relate to specific documents they relate to actions or in actions and even if they related to specific documents you would need others to prove or disprove that nothing has proceeded or superseded those documents

I've given up trying to decipher your posts and gone back to the Rubik's cube.These matters can go on for years. For a liability decision in a private hearing (this is not court so it should not have some of the timing issues of a single judge on multiple successive cases), it should be out now.
This is only one part of the decision. The panel has had long enough. Not sure where that contradicts anything I have said previously on timeline.
And by the way, this is the view of both parties. Nobody expected to be waiting for part 1 in 2026.

It’s not an excuse but this can’t be helping on field. The smear campaign has worked and the neverending wait is like a huge cloud over the club. If we are cleared we have to go to war with those responsible.

We’ve gone from being elite from top to bottom to fighting to exist.
Definitely taken eye off the prize and focused it more on the charges.

The claim was that Stefan never said the time taken was out of the ordinary. I posted a clip to the contrary with a time stamp which suggested otherwise in support of another poster.
If you think it’s bollocks that’s up to you but I hear something entirely different to the claim in the video.

The panel will write up its decision with reference to those documents.I am saying that there are possibly millions so if pl have scanned them all they will point the panel to the relevant ones. Surely they don't say to the panel that somewhere in them there is the incriminating evidence, try and find it.
