Great Haiku though. PossiblyWorst limerick of all time.
Well pep did say many, many things are against usThese recent performances are a soft signal that we’re guilty!
Stefan Borson esteemed expert for Talk Shite has stated yet again the decision is imminent
I agree. But I also think it is "imminent"Don't listen to him, he is a fraud. Listen to people like @slbsn on here instead.
I’m genuinely pleased you post on this forum as you know more than anyone but you did say it was imminent part way through October too. And then again in November.I agree. But I also think it is "imminent"
Worst The Fall lyrics of all time.
Because it has been imminent for quite some time. And remains so.I’m genuinely pleased you post on this forum as you know more than anyone but you did say it was imminent part way through October too. And then again in November.
Apologies if asked before but would there be any line of communication to the panel asking for timescales etc? Assuming notBecause it has been imminent for quite some time. And remains so.
Well I would argue that it wasn’t imminent in October. Is there any reason you think it is now? As far as I can see, there’s no evidence suggesting when it will come. A quick google search says complex cases are usually 18 months to 3 years in length, from the beginning of the hearing to the decision. We’re not even at the 18 month mark quite yet.Because it has been imminent for quite some time. And remains so.

You may have information I am missing and might be able to give insight as to why in our case, the last part of what I’ve written doesn’t strictly apply, but from what I’ve read as a layman, we’re not particularly overdue with this yet.
Have you and Stefan got the same sources?I agree. But I also think it is "imminent"
This is what I got from a lawyers websiteI googled a duration for the write up based on the 10-12 week hearing ages back and it said 6-18 months.
I’m a complete amateur by the way, not claiming to know anything above what I’m reading online and taking off Stefan (despite me questioning him just now).
- Multi-Track – higher value or complex civil/commercial cases: 18–36+ months (often around 1.5–3 years).
