PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

He has no influence what so ever over the charges!
All he has to do is tell Masters and co. that they're ruining the PL and bringing the game and the country into disrepute with these 115 charges, "so we're disbanding you and bringing in our own independent committee to oversee the PL" .

No influence? You must be joking. Masters and his organisation is just a farty little outfit in the greater scheme of things trying to punch above their weight, they have no legal clout, which is why this is not a criminal case.

Don’t work like that not to do with masters or premier now while those 3 Judges make there ruling

No mate, it’s much worse than that. I know three families living near me who’ve fucked off to Dubai (not a place that would attract me)
I had a local builder do £30k-worth for me recently. A real grafter and building his Company - he was in utter despair about tax/bureaucracy. Not just him - but his team of five all felt the same way. Anger off the scale.
My son who’s a “HENRY” is just the same. He’s in the 65% marginal tax rate bracket - another real grafter but getting more resentful by the day, questioning whether it’s worth it. Thank fuck I’ve retired now, though I still pay a healthy sum in tax. If I was younger I’d be definitely looking at emigrating !
As a small business owner myself I feel exactly the same way. I'm too old now and the mrs in particular has too many family ties but if it was just me and I was a bit younger I'd be off like a shot. Not only the tax but all this insane net zero bollocks, which is forging prices if energy and thus everything else up, and from a motorists' view the way we're fleeced then persecuted thanks to this mad obsession with speed and safety, the immigration problem... most registered news born boys name is now Mohammed that tells you all you need to know...

I could go on all night but you get the idea. None of these issues used to exist at all and don't have to now.

But as I said, it's not a criminal case so it doesn't matter if they're judges or newspaper delivery boys. It's all pontificating, it has no legal standing.

Here is an idea why not stay and try and make the country which basically made them better

All of them have been educated here no doubt, free health care etc

But no they fuck off because of money even though by the sounds of it they are all still doing ok
Health care isn't actually free. We also pay more taxes than virtually any other country in the world overall.

Renewable energy is cheaper than oil especially right now but let’s please stick to the topic take politics elsewhere

Premier League arbitration (Rule K) is legally valid and binding under the Arbitration Act 1996
in England and Wales. These panels hold broad powers to resolve disputes, meaning their decisions are final, with limited legal appeal options, and act as an alternative to court proceedings.
