PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I can see something happening similar with the Rags and the developments of their stadium. I think the Glazers and Scruffy Jim want to move the team to London and the Wembley Stadium.
  1. We know they haven't got the money to finance a new ground.
  2. The revenue that they will make from tourist supporters flying in for their games will dwarf what the legacy Rags supporters generate.
I think at first it will be a temporary move whilst they redevelop Old Trafford, but quite quickly some excuse will be made about not being able to redevelop. Just my thoughts, but given the nature of the Glazers and Scruffy Jim, it's not outside the realms of possibility.
Hope they fuck off to landan and stay there. I'm from Stretford, and i used to hold my breath whilst looking the other way, when i got the bus to work in Town aged 16. Still do it now aged 61 when ever i go down Chester Road past the swamp.

I hate United as much as most City fans, but that would be an unbelievable treacherous manoeuvre. I’d be on the local fans side there making sure it was burnt to the ground.

I'd like to know why June is now the date we expect the verdict? Other than that it's all the usual informative stuff from Stefan.
Well the icon ( to some ) on here said between end of PL and start of WC. And no one doubted him. Stefan seems more convinced than ever about this date

It needs to be brought to an end / conclusion at some point and common sense ( not that the PL have a reputation for such a thing) dictates either just before or just after the WC is the obvious window of opportunity.

Seeing the contentious calls today and they couldn’t be arsed sending the Everton player off for his foul on Doku midweek. 115 is won and this is their petulant way of trying to give us middle finger in their bentness.
We've certainly had the punishment this and last season and we've not had the outcome yet.

Someone said in a thread this morning that JS & BS should go for the throat in their leaving speeches.

I completely think this too. They lost and their small win was to get the public result delayed to be able to at least derail our season.

Not sure of the logic behind this, tbh. On the one hand, the latest thought is that, as a "simple" disciplinary matter, the Limitation Act doesn't apply (something I can't get my head around, tbh) but, on the other hand, the judgment could be so important, in view of the nature of the allegations, that the panel may use discretion it isn't allowed under the rules to choose when to publish.

It sounds to me a bit like this "next international break" nonsense that we endured for twelve months. As far as I can see, even if anyone has a substantial explanation for why it is taking so long (and I still think there could be one) then the judgment will be published when the panel is ready, not a day later. After all, the panel in the Everton case didn't have a problem imposing a sanction mid-season that could easily have led to the "ultimate" effect of relegation. Why the difference here?

Let's think about the options for a minute. If the judgment finds breaches that lead (in the case that the liability and sanction phases have been concatenated), or may lead, to a points deduction, how does waiting until the final positions are known remove any allegations of points-fixing by the PL and/or panel? How does it mitigate the negative PR connotations for the PL and its processes? Conversely, if the judgment finds no breaches that lead, or may lead, to a points deduction, then what is the point? Imho, the only way to remove any allegations of bias on the judgment is to follow protocol and precedent absolutely. Judges (retired or not and assuming the panel is A-team) are good at that. Not so good at bending like trees in the wind.

That’s always been my theory…… starting to think maybe it could be the London stadium now after that shit show.

I'd help the cunts pack their bags.

I've followed city since 1985.
Short and sweet my heart is not in it anymore.
The way the fans are being hung and drawn is disgusting.
Not just city fans but any fans of teams that can hurt city.
West Ham game as made me look long and hard at how all fans are treated by the corrupt PL and SKY

Yes we dropped points by our own mistakes as have all teams but then that would balance out.

Put it to bed now publish the result not just for city fans but for all fans who are paying hard earned money to watch there team be dragged into the problem

I feel sorry for west ham fans
